Privacy Notice

BEX FORMULA CO., LTD. ("BEX", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit www.bexformula.com or contact us through the website form, by email, by phone or on LINE, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
- What you enter in the enquiry form: name, organization, email, phone or LINE ID, country, the topic you choose, your message, and the language of the page.
- What you send us by email, phone or LINE: your name, contact details and messages. On LINE we also see your display name and profile picture.
- Technical data: when you send the form, our website host receives your IP address and browser details to deliver the message and filter spam.
- We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send patient information, health data or other sensitive data. If we receive it by mistake, we delete it.
- Our website and products are for laboratories and organizations. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not use your data for marketing, we send no newsletters, and we never sell your data.
4. If you do not give us your data
You do not have to. Without your name and email, though, we cannot answer a form enquiry, and if you become a customer we need certain details to issue the invoices and tax documents the law requires.
5. Who may receive your data
We do not sell your data or pass your enquiry to other companies for their own use. Only these may receive it, as far as needed:
- Service providers that process data for us: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling; it uses Akismet by Automattic, Inc. to filter spam) and GoDaddy (email).
- If you become a customer: transport companies, our accountant and auditor, and banks.
- Government authorities, when the law requires it.
If you contact us on LINE, your use of the LINE app is covered by LINE's own privacy policy.
6. Transfers outside Thailand
Netlify stores form submissions in the United States, and Akismet also runs in the United States. Our email provider may store emails outside Thailand. We send data to them because it is needed to answer the request you send us, and these providers protect it under their own data protection terms.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to business: 2 years from our last contact, then deleted.
- Customer records: for as long as we do business together, then for as long as accounting and tax law requires (at least 5 years).
- When the period ends, we delete the data or make it anonymous.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you access to, or a copy of, your data, and tell you where we got any data you did not give us;
- give you your data, or send it to someone else, in a machine-readable format;
- correct it or bring it up to date;
- delete, destroy or anonymize it;
- restrict its use;
- stop using it (object);
- withdraw consent, where we rely on consent (we currently do not).
You can also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (www.pdpc.or.th) if you think we have not followed the law.
Send requests to info@bexformula.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within 30 days. In some cases the law lets us refuse a request; if so, we will tell you why.
9. Cookies and website data
The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser only remembers the language you choose (EN/TH), so the site opens in that language next time; you can clear it in your browser settings at any time. Our website host may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the site.
10. Security
Only the BEX staff who handle enquiries can access your data, and we use service providers with standard security measures. If a data breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee and, where the law requires, you.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. This notice is published in Thai and English. If they differ, the Thai version prevails.
